How do I activate my Orlando Sightseeing Pass?

Once you visit your first Orlando attraction and use your pass for admission, your Sightseeing Pass instantly becomes activated.

How long is The Sightseeing Flex Pass valid for?

The Orlando Flex Pass will be valid for 60 consecutive days from the time it is activated. You have 12 months starting from the date of purchase to activate your pass.

Does every attraction require reservations?

Many, but not all, of Orlando attractions require reservations. Upon arrival at the attraction, you’ll be given the next available entry time. Some tours require a reservation due to limited capacities. Making a reservation will not activate your Flex Pass.

How do I use my pass at each attraction?

Present your printed or digital pass on your mobile phone at the admission desk at each attraction to be scanned for admission. Please note that redemption varies for each attraction; some attractions have multiple entry points.

Can I use my confirmation email to enter attractions?

Unfortunately, no. You need to present either a digital or print-out copy of your Sightseeing Pass to gain entry to attractions and join a tour.

What happens if I lose my pass?

You can download and redownload your pass onto your mobile phone.

Can I visit the same Orlando attraction more than once?

No, sorry. Passes are only valid once at each tour and attraction.

Does the pass include special offers?

Yes, your pass includes a list of special offers for Orlando shops and restaurants.

How do I redeem the I-Ride Trolley ticket?

Bring your digital or printed pass and pick up your i-Ride ticket at WonderWorks at 9067 International Dr, Orlando, FL 32819. For the bus stops, look for the markers on both sides of International Drive and Universal Boulevard. Choose from the green line or red line hop-on hop-off options.
